Shipping policy
1. Shipping Fees & Delivery Time
- Currently all our orders will be shipped from China.
- We offer free Standard shipping* for all orders placed in our store. All packages will be fully trackable including a delivery scan or delivery attempt.
- Priority shipping is only eligible for certain countries and an additional fee shall be collected if you choose this method.
- Below listed some countries' estimated delivery times via our Standard and Priority shipping methods, which are for your reference only:

- Our listed price has included all shipping related fees like shipping cost, customs clearance and taxes, even though the latest US Tariff Policies imposed on imported products from China.
- Extra shipping charges are required, shipping regions include: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.
- Extra shipping charges are required for these countries.
2. Order Process Time
- We usually ship out orders before 13:00 PM (Weekdays, CST Beijing). For out-of-stock items, it may take 1-3 days to be restocked, sometimes it may be longer.
3. How Do I Track My Package?
- When we ship out your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your parcel tracking number and its tracking link. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam box or ask us to resend you another one.
4. Tracking Shows the Package As Delivered but I Have Not Received It
- If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
- Verify the shipping address in our store.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location for your package.
- See if someone else accepted the delivery.
- Check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail. Some packages travel through multiple carriers.
- Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
- If you haven't received your package, contact us within 30 days of its delivery tracking status.
