Q: All the parts are original from DJI?

A: Most of them is directly sourced from DJI's factories, and some others are from 3rd party factories. The difference will be marked on the product description page.

Q: Where's the order from and how long will I receive my order?

A: Currently all our orders are shipped from China and it takes around 1-3 weeks to arrive at your place usually. The shipping time may be longer in some special cases. Find out the delivery days for each country here.

Q: When will you arrange shipment after I place an order?

A: We usually ship out orders before 13:00 PM (Weekdays, CST Beijing). For out of stock items, it may take 1-3 days to be restocked, sometimes it maybe longer.

Q: Do you also ship to islands?

A: Yes, but currently this service is only available for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and Guam.

Q: How can I track my parcel?

A: When we ship out your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your parcel's tracking number, carrier name and its tracking link. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam box or contact us to resend you another one.

Q: How can I understand a product's condition?

A: Used - Like New: An item in perfect working condition, the item fully functions and shows minimal wear. Used - Very Good: An item in very good condition that may have seen limited use and fully functions. The item may have minor cosmetic imperfections. Used - Good: An item in good condition that may show wear from moderate use and fully functions. The item may have cosmetic damages on it or show other signs of previous use. Signs of usage can include scratches, dents, and worn corners or edges. Used: An item in used condition and quality & functions not tested & assured.

Q: How can I change my order address?

A: To change your order address, you need to contact us to cancel your current order and place another order with the right address. If your order is already shipped out, the address can not be modified.

Q: Do you offer repair service or technical advice?

A: No, we currently only sell parts & accessories.

Q: What kind of payment methods to you accept?

A: We currently offer two payment methods: PayPal or Credit/Debit Card by PayPal.

 Q: I can not process a Paypal payment as it keeps bounce out from new window, what should I do?

A: Please change to another browser or device and make another attempt via the URL we sent you. Make sure your network environment is safe before final payment, otherwise Paypal won't allow a guest checkout. If the problem persists, please contact us.

Q: Can I place a bulk order?

A: Yes, we accept bulk order for certain parts and accessories. Please contact us about the bulk price and availability.
