Refund policy

You can request our Return & Refund Service:

√ Within 14 calendar days of receiving a product if the product has no manufacturing defect, and is still in new condition.

√ Within 14 calendar days of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect.

Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:

× It is requested beyond 14 calendar days of receiving a product.

× A product sent to us for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.

× Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.

× Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

× Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.

× Other circumstances stated in this policy.

Return Shipping
- Customers need to pay for any return shipping unless the refund is due to performance faults. We're not able to provide return label and customers need to contact their local post to arrange a return.

- Trackable shipping labels must be provided when packages are returned. We do not accept untracked returns.

Return Address

-Please contact us to obtain our return address in China and other information needed for a return.

Refund
- Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in 7-14 business days after we receive the returned products and they're confirmed in original status, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

- If the returned items are not in their original status(item's original packing box unsealed, warranty label unsealed, items damaged by buyer, etc.), at least 20% restocking fees shall be charged/deducted from the order amount.

- Extra shipping/customs/other fees paid(if have) of an order won't be refunded.
